Baseline documentation reports and current conditions reports form the foundation of an effective land conservation program. However, drafting a solid report that will support your land trust in the event of legal challenge can be tricky. Join Rick Remington, Conservation Director of Landmark Conservancy, and attorney Connie Manes of Kent Land Trust, as they delve into the more complex issues involved in drafting baselines.
